The Baltimore County police says the 17-year-old driver of the Dodge Ram was apparently traveling south-bound on bottom Road, left the roadway, struck a pole, flipped over and hit a tree.

The driver and a 16-year-old front seat passenger are both expected to survive after receiving medical treatment.

The third passenger, Kyle Snow, of Baltimore, was sitting in the back seat, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The cause of the crash is currently under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Crash Team.
