Four men arrested in NW Baltimore Home invasion robbery
BALTIMORE (WBFF)– Baltimore City police have arrested four men involved in a home invasion robbery, which happened Sunday night at a Park Circle residence in Northwest Baltimore.
Police have arrested Rodney Holloman, 35, Antonio Davis, 27, Davon Wright, 26 and 16-year-old Donnell Burgess. All have been charged with armed robbery.
Officers, acting on a tip from a family member who received a text message from someone inside of the residence, arrived to the home on Overview Road near Violet Avenue at about 8 p.m. on a wellbeing check. On arrival officers were greeted by a male voice after knocking on the door, but got no response.
Police say they were alerted by a juvenile in an upstairs window while canvassing the rear of the property. It was at that point that officers say the juvenile said that armed men were inside.
Out of an abundance of caution police set up a perimeter around the residence.
Two suspects surrendered after police made a second attempt to make contact. Then a short time after two additional suspects attempted to leave as to blend in with the victims, police say.
After further investigation police were able to determine that the gunmen entered the residence in order to rob the place by demanding valuables and money.
Two victims suffered from minor injuries after being struck in the face and a head with a handgun. The other five victims inside of the home weren’t seriously injured.
This investigation is ongoing. Anyone with additional information should contact the District Detectives Unit at 410-396-2466.
