Four suspects arrested in two South Baltimore armed robberies
They are accused of robbing a 26-year-old man on E. Clement Street near Jackson Street taking his cell phone and earbuds, then repeated the same crime just a few blocks away on E. Heath Street. This time a 29-year-old man’s cellphone was stolen.
In both instances there was one suspect who produced a gun.
Not long after these two incidents, Southern District patrol officers were able to locate the juveniles with the help of Fox Trot after a brief chase. All four were arrested two 16-year-old boys and two 17-year-old boys.
Brandon Cooper, 17, of Charing Cross Road was identified as the gunman and has since been charged as an adult. Cooper has been transported to Central booking and is awaiting a hearing.
