Police have also issued a warrant for the arrest of 22-year-old Daquan Darryl Pack, of Glenn Burnie as the alleged shooter.
Dixon was shot in the area of Meade Village Road near Reece Road April 1, just a few minutes after 8 p.m. An officer already in the area heard gunfire and was able to confirm from a witness that someone had been shot.
