Police: Walk-in shooting victim confesses, arrested for attempted murder

BALTIMORE (WBFF)– A man was arrested on attempted murder charges in Baltimore after injuring himself during a shooting, police say.

Daryl Doles, 22, of Baltimore was arrested Saturday night and is being held in Central Booking as he awaits a bail review hearing.

Around 7:15 p.m. Coles walked into Good Samaritan Hospital and confessed to shooting himself during an incident about an hour earlier.

Just before 6 p.m. Sunday evening a 24-year-old man was shot in the chest on Lewrew Way near Armstead Way. His last know condition was serious.

At this time police have not released any additional information.
